Susan is a hybrid brand strategist and creative director with big-brand experience and a proven track record leading diverse brand initiatives. Susan is a hands-on leader of multi-disciplinary teams in areas of research, culture analysis, brand strategy, design, and messaging across all touchpoints. Currently, Susan is transforming several of PepsiCo’s billion-dollar brands to be more consumer-engaging and societally relevant. Susan is passionate about using her experience and cultural understanding to make the world a better place by giving purpose to the world’s biggest brands.
Holding supervisory and director roles for the majority of her career, Susan has often been influenced by her early stint at the Smithsonian Department of Numismatics. And since then, she has led strategic and creative teams for clients such as Michelle Obama, Starbucks, Target and Lay’s and has extensive experience in technology, non-profit, food, entertainment, health & well-being, retail, and consumer brands.
